How do we get started on a project?
First we schedule a discovery call to learn about your goals and challenges. Then we share a brief proposal and timeline. Once you approve, we kick off with a strategy workshop and detailed project plan.
How many revisions are included?
Every project comes with unlimited design revisions during the agreed phase. We keep iterating until it meets your expectations, with an average 48 hour turnaround on each update.
Which technologies and platforms do you work with?
On the design side we use Figma and Framer. For code we leverage Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS and serverless back ends. On the no-code side we build with Webflow and Bubble alongside Airtable integrations.
What is your typical project duration?
Simple landing pages take two to three weeks from kickoff. A full product design and build usually spans four to eight weeks. We adapt each timeline to fit your priorities.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Every client receives one month of free post-launch support for minor tweaks, bug fixes, and performance checks. We also offer ongoing design support packages.
How do you communicate progress?
We provide access to a client portal where you can track tasks, review designs, leave feedback, and see live updates on development milestones. We also hold weekly video check ins.
